Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed at alalux.shop (“Alalux”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Overview
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or an exchange.

2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • New and unused, in the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging, with all tags, labels and accessories
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts are not eligible, except where the item arrived defective (see section 8).

4. How to Return an Item (By Mail)

  1. Email us at support@alalux.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Please state whether you want a refund or an exchange.
  2. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with a prepaid return label that you can download and print.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and send it back by mail via the carrier shown on the label.
  4. Keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange is complete.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you, for both defective and non-defective items.

6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.

7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few additional days to show the credit.
  • Original shipping was free, so no shipping charges are deducted from your refund.

8. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and cover all return costs.

9. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size, colour or variant, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.

10. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
