Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at alalux.shop (“Alalux”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Shipping Destination
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Delivery is made to the customer’s address. We do not deliver to PO boxes or pick-up points.

2. Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value. All prices are in GBP (£) and the price at checkout is the final price. There are no hidden delivery fees.

3. Order Processing (Handling Time)
Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (GMT/London time), Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before the cut-off are processed the same working day. Orders placed after it are processed the next working day.
Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

4. Delivery Time (Transit Time)
Transit time: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch (Monday to Friday).
Total estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Transit 2–3 business days
Total 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) and public holidays may cause delays.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase. A second email with a tracking number is sent once your order ships. You can use it to follow your parcel on the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect address: Please check your address before ordering. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to re-ship it, and additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Delayed parcel: If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost or damaged parcel: Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, with your order number and photos if the item is damaged. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders delivered within the UK are not subject to customs duties. Prices include applicable VAT where required.
